Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions set out the general rules for using the TCG Con Arabia website, purchasing tickets, submitting vendor or sponsor applications, and attending the event.
ACCEPTANCE AND SCOPE
Your Agreement With TCG Con Arabia
These Terms apply to use of the TCG Con Arabia website, ticket purchases, vendor and sponsor applications, accounts, attendance, and related event services. TCG Con Arabia is a subsidiary of Con Arabia and is managed by PL1. By using the website, selecting the acceptance checkbox, or completing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use a paid service or submit an application. Effective date: 12 July 2026.
EVENT AND SITE USE
Accurate Information and Responsible Use
The 2026 edition is scheduled for 4-5 December at Riyadh Boulevard City. Admission hours, gates, programming, zones, experiences, or operational instructions may change for venue, safety, regulatory, or production reasons. Confirmed information will be published through official channels.
Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must not impersonate another person, create a fraudulent order, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform unlawfully. We may reject or cancel orders connected to fraud, misuse, or an obvious error, while respecting mandatory consumer rights.
TICKETS AND ADMISSION
Review Your Ticket and Protect Your Credential
Ticket types, prices, benefits, capacity, add-ons, discounts, and dates are governed by the information displayed at order time. Review the ticket type, selected day, quantity, holder details, and total before payment. An order is confirmed only after verified payment or approval as a free or confirmed manual order.
Tickets use secure QR credentials for the included event day or days. Credentials are personal and must not be published, duplicated, or resold without authorization. Admission requires successful validation on the correct day and for the correct access type. Identity or supporting information may be requested to verify ownership or eligibility. Tampering, reuse, or attempted fraudulent entry may result in refusal or cancellation.
TICKET NON-REFUND POLICY
Confirmed Ticket Payments Are Final
All confirmed ticket payments are final and non-refundable, including for non-attendance, changed plans, late arrival, or credential loss caused by sharing a QR code. A ticket-holder name may be changed only where the platform and published policy permit it.
This rule does not exclude any mandatory right under Saudi law. If the organizer cancels the entire event, or makes a material change that creates a legal entitlement, the available remedy will be announced and may include rescheduling, credit, or a refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law. External costs not paid directly to TCG Con Arabia are not reimbursed unless legally required.
VENDORS AND BOOTHS
A Confirmed Booking and Operational Commitment
Vendors select a booth package and provide required business, authorized-contact, and document information. A booking depends on availability, accurate information, confirmed payment, these Terms, and any vendor operations manual. The organizer may assign booth placement based on the floor plan, safety, category, and visitor flow; no particular location is guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Confirmed vendor payments are final and non-refundable, including where a vendor withdraws, does not attend, fails to complete setup, or does not achieve expected sales. This remains subject to mandatory Saudi rights and any announced remedy if the organizer cancels the entire event. Booths may not be transferred, shared, or materially repurposed without written approval.
VENDOR CONDUCT
Authentic, Safe, and Clearly Presented Products
Vendors must sell only approved products, describe condition, authenticity, pricing, and VAT clearly, respect consumer and intellectual-property rights, and avoid counterfeit, prohibited, or unsafe products. Each vendor is responsible for its licenses, registrations, invoices, staff, inventory, insurance, and compliance with Saudi law.
The organizer may stop a product sale, remove materials, or close a booth that violates law, safety, intellectual property, or venue instructions, without creating a refund right unless required by law. Vendors operate independently and remain responsible for transactions with visitors; participation does not mean that TCG Con Arabia guarantees their products.
SPONSORS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Written Confirmation Defines Deliverables
Sponsorship enquiries are subject to review, fit, availability, and a written agreement. Submitting a form is not acceptance or reservation. Rights, deliverables, placement, timing, and sponsorship value become binding only when confirmed through an approved agreement or confirmation and applicable financial requirements are completed.
Sponsors must provide logos, brand guidelines, approvals, and production materials by stated deadlines. Production or placement details may change for operational reasons, with reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternative value. Cancellation, payment, and deliverable rules are governed by the specific sponsorship agreement; where it is silent, these Terms and Saudi law apply.
PRICES, VAT, AND PAYMENT
A Clear Total Before Confirmation
Prices are shown in the active currency and include or exclude VAT as stated for the product and order. The order summary displays price, add-ons, discounts, VAT, and the total before confirmation. Payments are processed through Moyasar or another approved provider, and we do not store full payment-card details.
Coupons and discounts are subject to eligibility, validity periods, capacity, and stated combination rules. A discount may be rejected or reversed for fraud or unmet conditions. If there is an obvious pricing or description error, it may be corrected and the customer may be offered the choice to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel and receive the legally required refund.
CONDUCT AND SAFETY
A Safe and Respectful Event for Everyone
Attendees, exhibitors, and staff must follow security, safety, venue, and event instructions and treat others respectfully. Violence, harassment, threats, discrimination, theft, fraud, coercive trading, weapons, prohibited substances, credential tampering, and disruption are prohibited. Minors must be appropriately supervised, and a parent or guardian should be involved in high-value transactions.
A person who creates risk or breaches these Terms or venue rules may be refused entry or removed without a refund where the action results from that breach, subject to law. Visitors are responsible for personal property and independent purchase or trade decisions and should verify authenticity, condition, and value before completing a transaction.
MEDIA AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Respect for Content, Brands, and Privacy
Photography, filming, streaming, and content creation may take place for event coverage, documentation, and marketing. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in general crowd footage, subject to applicable law and privacy rights. Reasonable concerns may be raised with the event team.
TCG Con Arabia names, logos, designs, website content, and event materials remain the property of their owners and may not be used commercially without permission. Vendors, sponsors, and creators must own or have permission for materials they provide. Participation does not grant a right to use another party's names or marks outside the agreed scope.
CHANGES AND LIABILITY
Fair Treatment of Unforeseen Circumstances
The event may be changed, rescheduled, or cancelled because of authority decisions, venue requirements, safety, weather, force majeure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will announce material changes and explain available options under applicable law and agreements. We do not guarantee the attendance of a particular vendor, sponsor, guest, or activity unless expressly confirmed.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, expected profits, or unrealized trade value. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, gross fault, or mandatory consumer rights.
LAW AND CONTACT
Governed by the Laws of Saudi Arabia
Personal data is handled under the published Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent Saudi courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires another process. We aim first to resolve complaints directly and fairly.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining Terms continue. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. We may update these Terms when services, event operations, or legal requirements change; the updated version and effective date will be published here.
