1. Payments for International Vendors

All international vendors will be provided with a point-of-sale (POS) terminal by the event organizer at a cost of SAR 70 per terminal. A 3% commission will apply to all sales processed through the terminal. All sales payments must be processed exclusively through this terminal. No alternative payment methods are permitted

2. Responsibility for Property

Vendors are solely responsible for safeguarding their inventory, equipment, cash, and personal belongings throughout the event, including setup and dismantling. The event organizer is not responsible for any loss or theft of these items.
