Vendor bookings for the 2026 edition are now open to stores, distributors, independent sellers, and collectible businesses.

Vendor bookings are now open for TCG Con Arabia 2026, giving hobby stores, specialist sellers, distributors, independent vendors, and collectible businesses the opportunity to secure a presence at Riyadh Boulevard City on 4-5 December 2026.

The Vendor Hall is one of the event's central destinations. Visitors come ready to discover sealed products, rare singles, graded cards, accessories, artwork, merchandise, and collectible items. For vendors, that creates more than visibility: it creates direct conversations with knowledgeable buyers, opportunities to introduce new products, and the chance to build relationships with collectors and players from across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.

The current vendor catalogue includes several booth formats designed for different operating needs and display ambitions. Depending on the selected package, inclusions may cover allocated floor space, tables and chairs, display shelving, branded back-wall structures, vendor badges, website or social visibility, early setup access, storage, screen placement, and other operational benefits. Current package details, availability, VAT treatment, add-ons, and prices are always shown on the Vendors page and confirmed again during checkout.

Applicants complete the vendor form with their business and contact information, including business name, commercial registration details, VAT information where applicable, location, Instagram profile, and an authorized contact. Confirmed vendors can later use their account to access order information, invoices, documents, payment details, and booth-placement information when assigned by the operations team.

Booth capacity is limited and applications remain subject to availability, accurate information, successful payment where required, and acceptance of the vendor terms. Vendors should review the package details carefully before checkout and submit early if a particular booth size is important to their activation.
